Some sites install these cookies. If it is the same one all the time, obviously it is coming from a site that you frequent regularly such as a sports site or news site. If you are using IE7, follow the instructions on this page
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/cookies....
If you are using IE6, go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy and Block All Cookies

you're welcome Report It
There probably isn't too much you can do about it, but it really isn't that much of a concern. As you may know "cookies" are small text files that certain websites place on your computer. These files allow websites to do things like save your login name. What really happens is that the website saves your login name in a cookie on your computer. (You can actually view the cookie files stored on your computer in IE the following menu route will show you the files in your Temporary Internet Folder including cookies Tools/Internet Options/Settings/View Files).
