I guess the person that is sending viruses through the above mentioned site but cannot blame as because I am unable to locate the postal address of the person who opened the site and sends viruses. There are two options I may close my email address that he knows or locate the postal address of the person opened the site. Please help.

Spam and viruses are commonly sent using hacked computers by people who have used viruses to gain access to them. So the sender is not wholly to blame.
Also, it is possible to send an email from any address with little technical knowledge - you only need a password to recieve emails at an email address.
If you really want to chase it up, go in your mail client and look at the headers of the email. This will tell you the IP address of the sender, so they can be traced, but bear in mind the email is probably sent from their PC without them knowing.
The site was opened using a proxy, so the site administrator (who may be responsible) may be hard to find.
