Hi, u r right Limewire is filled with viruses and stuff. No p2p is 100% safe but the best according to me is Ares, its 100% free and has everything u probably need with way faster download speeds, Limewire is pretty slow right unless u have professional or something. Any peer-to-peer software like Limewire can get you viruses if you're not careful. All you can do is make sure you have anti-virus software installed, and be careful what you download.

I'm afraid you can't get any peer-to-peer software that just "doesn't have viruses".
The first guy is right. Anytime you are going to download something like Limewire, there is ALWAYS going to be a risk of viruses; not from the program, but from what people download. It's common knowledge, really. You just have to watch what you download.
i really dont think so plus it all depends on what u download i have been using limewire for ages and havent had a problem with it.
