no, the program doesn't have any viruses,

but it is possible to download them.

basically,

Limewire is a program that serches the internet

for people offering songs for free on their websites.

this becomes a problem because

someone could be offering a file

with the title of the song you want,

when really, the file is a virus.

but this is pretty rare.

I would suggest against getting Limewire

for other reasons, though.

Limewire is an easy way to have your identity stolen.

Recently, a man was arrested for using Limewire

to get into the computers of other people who had

Limewire installed,

and steal their bank account codes and things like that.

also, other people (mostly college students)

have been arrested for having

Limewire installed on their computers.

i seriously suggest just buying CDs,

or buying songs off of iTunes.

Plus, if you really like the song,

you want to support the band,

right?
